I can positively announce that time travel is not only possible but comes to us all as we get older...I posted some waffle on here just the other day and when I logged on today...I discovered it was not actually the other day that I last tinkled the ivories but that in fact nearly two months had passed since I last put my index fingers to good use...patently I've had bugger all worth talking about since mid- November which is a bit sad really...

Anyhow...Christmas has been and gone...Kieran got a Nintendo Wii..despite the earlier shortages, the shops were inundated with them by the 17th december and it hasn't been switched off since we wired it up...completely addictive..but great fun.

New year resolutions...made some.

Got me a face book today...its by far the simplest way to keep a check on my daughters who would far rather engage in cyber chat than the old fashioned method...you know, the one that has sustained the human race for several millenia..but you know..gotta move with the times.

Waiting to be 50 years old at the moment...two weeks tomorrow..aaaargh! Going to Canaries with the brood to mope in the sun...

P. has decided to go part-time at work...4 days only so we get long weekends every week...brill!
