 I was in Vision Express in the Bullring the other day and was impressed by the size, layout and quasi-clinical ambience of the store...very professional I thought until I read their company values re-produced on jazzy perspex signage on the wall...they proudly exclaimed that they employed...and I quote... 'Qualified Opticians..' and here was I expecting to be examined by some aging Patagonian Yak herder..lucky for me, eh..?
