 Entertaining my parents this week...which is good as we haven't got together for six months or so and missed some memorable occasions..christmas and birthdays mainly...notably my 50th..which reminds me..thank you Terry for the artwork you produced ..



It is superb and some of the images bring fond memories..especially of my David Cassidy era at 15 years old...if I'd known then what I know now etc etc...good days indeed...and  much as I'd like to lead the life of Riley at the moment...I am not yet operating at a languid pace despite popular perception..in fact the opposite is true..but hey-ho, stress keeps me ticking...

 I had the misfortune to watch George Osborne...surely the most unctious, weasel-faced cretin in a shadow cabinet full of them...holding forth to Sky News over darling Darling's handling of the Northern Rock fiasco...and if anything, my estimation of the snivelling twat's capabilities sunk even lower than previous..he came with a stock answer about Nationalisation and harped back to the 1970's and to failed Labour policies and repeated the entire litany parrot-fashion at least four times in response to entirely different questions...the man is a total wanker..apart from anything else and at the risk of sounding like a grumpy old man, Osborne was barely around in the seventies...and if he was it would have been in the role of snotty-nosed kid producing piles of shit and babbling inanely to his elders and betters...thirty odd years of expensive education at the nation's finest schools hasn't taught him much then..vote Tory?...not while there's oxygen in air...
